Future Projects for Building Upgrades

AUDITIORIUM

1. Hallway to Auditorium
   1. Light blue on top of dark blue plus chair rail to MATCH banquet hall
   2. Replace the stained carpet with waterproof vinyl 
2. Use Waterproof Vinyl in Auditorium around black and white tile – BW tile remains AS IS.
3. Add Projectors to the auditorium with a HDMI splitter on them to run from one HDMI source.

BANQUET HALL

1. Replace all stained ceiling tiles in the Banquet Hall 
2. Repaint all walls
   1. Carry the light/dark blue wall colors/pattern into the bathrooms
   2. Frame out all mirrors to upgrade look

4. Paint All cabinets in the kitchen white
   1. Remove all trash from the cabinets in the prep kitchen 
   2. Make an emergency drawer in the prep kitchen – sharpie markers, tape, scissors, zip ties
      1. Add a laminated list to the inside of the drawer showing what should be in there in case some of it goes missing.

7. MAJOR changes to the ceiling
   1. Tray ceiling with a main central chandelier and 4 smaller, matching fixtures in the corners. 2 rows of LED can lights on the perimeter one row 10′ from wall and one row 6-12″ from wall – this row is color changing angled LEDs.

9.  ANY AND ALL FLOORING UPGRADES TO THE BANQUET HALL ARE DEAD LAST – everything thing else is 100% done before we start saving money for this.

12. Install a plumbed, permanent dehumidifier in the robing room
    1. Design and install pipe and drape to cover all costumes during rentals.
    2. Paint the gross stains around the mirror – soap dispenser needs to be removed.

14.  Get all parking lot lights upgraded to LED – all three lights over the doors as well. All interior lights to LED?

16. Picnic Table and/or benches – rubber coated metal? on grass between Auditorium and Banquet Hall doors?
