$1,950 for Rental up to 6 hours and Basic Cleanup, due at minimum 60 days prior to the event date.

Cleaning Fee $250 (Included in rent shown above), Additional Event hours $150 per hour, Setup and Decoration Time $95 per hour with 2 hour minimum.

Outdoor Event Area – The Park:

Can be used in addition to the interior event spaces or as a stand alone venue. $500 for Rental up to 4 hours, due at minimum 60 days prior to the event date. Interior bathroom access may be added if needed and based on availability.

Refundable Deposit $350 Due at the time of booking; booking is NOT complete without PAID FEE and SIGNED Rental Agreement.

When restrooms are needed – Cleaning Fee $250 (Included in rent shown above), Additional Event hours $90 per hour, Setup and Decoration Time $50 per hour with 2 hour minimum.

  • Park A: Outdoor area under beautiful oak trees on a wide lawn opposite from the building – great for weddings, oyster roasts, cocktail receptions, etc.
  • Park B: Front lawn under the columns and canopy of the building facade – great for weddings, oyster roasts, cocktail receptions, etc.
  • Park C: Right side lawn between the building and the parking area – great for oyster roasts, cocktail receptions, etc.

Please keep you Event Title the same across any forms and in any communications. EXAMPLES: Grandmothers 60th Birthday, John and Jane's Wedding, Andrew or Anna's Graduation Party, John and Jane's 50th Wedding Anniversary, etc.
If a single day, list that date here and above in the Starting Date field. If multiple days, list the last date here. Building and Rental Areas may be used for other purposes by SR between daily event times.
Needs to be less than 6 hours total for event to pay standard fee. All decorations, materials, trash and guests must be out of the building inside of the hours agreed upon. Additional hours are available when agreed upon in advance.
